Imran Khan to Receive Second Eye Injection at Hospital on February 25, Confirms Minister

Federal Minister for Parliamentary Affairs Tariq Fazal Chaudhry has announced that Imran Khan will be temporarily shifted to a hospital on February 25 to receive the second injection for his ongoing eye treatment.

The minister explained that these specialized injections cannot be administered at a general medical facility and require a specific hospital setup. “That is why Imran Khan will be moved temporarily to the hospital for the procedure,” he said.

Treatment Schedule

  • First injection: Administered on January 25
  • Second injection: Scheduled for February 25 at the hospital
  • Third injection: Planned one month after the second dose

Dr. Tariq Fazal emphasized that the hospital transfer will be strictly limited to the injection procedure, and Imran Khan will return after the treatment is completed.

The announcement comes as part of updates on the PTI founder’s ongoing medical care, highlighting the importance of specialized facilities for certain eye treatments that cannot be safely performed elsewhere.
