Pakistani Army cadet Sardar Arsam Abbas has achieved a remarkable international milestone by being declared the “Overall Best Foreign Military Cadet” at the prestigious Royal Military College (RMC) Duntroon in Australia.

The honor was awarded during the passing-out parade held in Canberra, recognizing the cadet’s outstanding performance across all aspects of military training. According to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the award is given to the highest-performing foreign cadet, highlighting excellence in leadership, discipline, and professional competence.

The ceremony was attended by senior military officials, including the Australian Army Chief, along with members of the diplomatic corps and families of graduating cadets. The achievement reflects the high standards and training of the Pakistan Army’s junior leadership.

This marks the 14th time a Pakistani cadet has received this prestigious title, underlining Pakistan’s consistent performance at the international military training institution.

Officials noted that the recognition also symbolizes the strong military ties between Pakistan and Australia, with dozens of Pakistani cadets having graduated from RMC Duntroon over the years.
