Karachi police arrest suspect for attempting ATM theft in Gulbahar

Police in Karachi have arrested a suspect who attempted to break into an ATM machine of a private bank using a stone, officials said.

According to SSP Central Dr. Imran, the incident took place in the Gulbahar area. The accused tried to withdraw cash by damaging the ATM, but police intervened in time and foiled the attempt.

The suspect has been taken into custody, and a case has been registered based on a complaint filed by the bank staff.

SSP Central further revealed that the accused has a prior criminal record and has previously been involved in motorcycle thefts.

Police have assured continued vigilance and timely action to prevent such incidents in the city.
